Background
Jace Isaiah Park was born on January 14, 1990 into a Jewish household. His father a laywer and his mother a restauranteur he grew up in a very well off family, living in the most expensive area in Santa Cruz, California.

At a young age his parents noticed that he had a natural gift for the arts. He learned to play the violin, cello, drums, piano, flute and the clarinet. He also had amazing drawing skills which would come in handy in his future.

School life was hell for Isaiah. He was a victim of bullying that seemed to never end. He endured it though and eventually grew taller and got smarter than them all and proved himself. He ended up dropping out of college and became an tattoo artist.

Family life wasn't great either. His father was always an asshole who treated the entire family like shit. Which is why Isaiah and his mother moved to Seoul, South Korea when he was 20. He opened up his first tattoo shop while his mother opened up a restaurant.

After two years of tattooing he eventually grew bored of the art, moving into his second passion: food. He learned everything he could from his mother and then moved to Italy for a year to take cooking courses at some of the most prestigious culinary schools such as Cucina con Vista, Academia Barilla, Alla Madonna del Piatto and many more. Learning all he could he eventually moved back to Korea to go back to his mother. With her help and expertise, he opened his first shop at the age of 23 in the heart of Seoul, South Korea. His restaurant grew very popular and soon he opened another one. Leading up to his now 3 successful restaurants.
